- Move-in & aftercare. Inventory, utilities and a 30-day check-in call once you're in, plus help when tenancy issues arise.

How fast can I move in?
Most tenants go from first call to keys in two to three weeks. Referencing usually takes 3–5 working days once your documents are ready.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our landlords welcome pets — each listing states the policy upfront, and we negotiate pet clauses where the default says no.
What does your rental service cost me?
Nothing beyond your rent and deposit. Our tenant-side service is free to you; landlords cover our fee so our advice stays on your side.
What if something breaks after I move in?
Call us first. We chase the landlord or their manager on your behalf and keep a written trail until the repair is done.
